Medical Insurance
Our high deductible plan features a broad network of preferred physicians through Premera. The premium is paid for by Apple Physical Therapy. The company also funds $750 towards a Health Savings Account that can be used to pay for medical expenses.
Dental Insurance
This Premera plan offers a broad range of preferred dentists and no deductible or fees for preventative exams, cleaning and x-rays. Restorations, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, extractions, crowns, bridges and dentures are all covered under the plan. 100% of the dental plan's premium is covered by Apple Physical Therapy.
Life Insurance
Apple Physical Therapy provides a basic life insurance plan. 100% of this basic plan is covered by Apple Physical Therapy. Additional life insurance may be purchased at favorable rates through Apple’s life insurance provider.
Long Term Disability
Apple Physical Therapy has made available a long term disability plan providing income protection through the age of 65. This plan may be purchased by employees.
Vision Plan
Apple Physical Therapy’s vision plan is available for purchase by employees at favorable rates.
Flexible Benefits and Health Savings Account Plans
These plans allow employees to set aside money pre-tax to pay for dependent care costs and IRS allowable medical expenses.
Bonuses
All employees are eligible for four (4) bonus plans; three (3) quarterly incentive plans and one year-end profit sharing plan.
401(k) Retirement Plan
A broad variety of investment options are available through Apple Physical Therapy’s 401(k) plan. The plan is offered through the Principal Financial Group.
Licensing
Apple Physical Therapy covers the cost of physical, occupational and massage therapy license renewals.
Professional Affiliations
Apple Physical Therapy pays for 100% of APTA, AOTA, ASHT and AMTA annual membership dues.
Continuing Education
Apple Physical Therapy provides $1750 per year for all PT’s and OT’s and $1000 per year for all PTA’s and Licensed Massage Practitioners. Please see our Clinical Education page for a complete summary of this broad program. Numerous educational programs are provided in addition to the individual budget described above.
Vacation
Employees receive 2 weeks and 2 days of vacation per year to start. More vacation time is available for experienced therapists. Additional vacation is provided after five and ten years with the company.
Sick Leave
Six (6) sick days are provided each year. 50% of unused sick leave can be converted to additional vacation time the following year.

Confidential, free assessment and referral counseling services are available for employees and their families.
Physical, Occupational and Massage Therapy Services
Free physical and occupational therapy services are available for employees and their immediate families. Massage therapy services are provided at a discounted rate.
