Front Office & Reception

Front Office & Reception

Testimonial 1Our medical receptionists are the “Face of Apple.” Typically the first person our patients come in contact with, they provide a warm and friendly welcome to our clinics. This role is indispensible and our clinics could not succeed without them. They are also the overseers and coordinators of the flow of services at the front desk. Therefore, their job titles are Front Office Coordinator (FOC) and Front Office Coordinator Assistant (FOCA).

The FOC and FOCA jobs are challenging and rewarding, as our clinics are fast-paced and provide a multitude of services. Learning and keeping up with all the insurances is a job in and of itself! Our FOCs and FOCs work closely with our billing office, referring providers, and agencies such as Labor and Industries to ensure all scheduling and paperwork gets processed in a timely manner, so that our patients only have to worry about getting better.

Testimonial 2The Clinic Assistant (CA) is another important role in our clinics. The CA is responsible for assisting everyone in the clinic, thus enabling them to focus on patient care. CAs assist at the front desk, and also help by keeping the clinic clean, sanitary and well stocked with supplies, and by ensuring that patients get set up with ice/hot packs and electrical stimulation (E-stim).

If you are warm and welcoming person, genuinely like to help others, enjoy learning, and have organizational and multi-tasking skills, then an office support position in one of our clinics may be just the right career choice for you. While our FOC positions require previous medical receptionist experience, FOCA and CA positions provide room for growth and possible advancement for those with less medical office experience.

Setting Up an Interview

The process begins in our administrative office with our Human Resources Department (HR). Please make inquiries to HR and not to our branch office clinics.

All of our current openings are posted online. The application process begins with electronically submitting your application and resume for the selected position from our job openings website. All applications will be screened and applicants may be contacted by an HR representative for a phone interview.

Following the phone interview, applicants may be brought in for a face-to-face interview at our administrative office with HR. Applicants may then be sent on to meet with the hiring manager in the specific location to which they have applied.
