Our central billing office (CBO) is busy. They have a lot of clinics to support!
Each month, well over 2,000 new patients are registered into our billing system. With 23 clinics, that translates into our billing office processing close to 20,000 claims a month! We’re proud of the work done by the many dedicated employees in CBO. Thanks to them, our patients are able to access services quickly and know that they don’t have to worry about accurate billing.
We hire only the best for our billing office. Billing office specialists at Apple have previous medical billing experience and are well equipped to handle the constant updates and challenges presented by the ever changing insurance regulations. Positions in the billing office that may become available include Payment and Charge posters, Collections Specialists, and Verifications and Registration Specialists.

Setting Up an Interview
The process begins in our administrative office with our Human Resources Department (HR). Please make inquiries to HR and not to our branch office clinics.
All of our current openings are posted online. The application process begins with electronically submitting your application and resume for the selected position from our job openings website. All applications will be screened and applicants may be contacted by an HR representative for a phone interview.
Following the phone interview, applicants may be brought in for a face-to-face interview at our administrative office with HR. Applicants may then be sent on to meet with the hiring manager in the specific location to which they have applied.
