Community Involvement
Apple Physical Therapy’s commitment to giving back to the community has been a key component of the practice since it was founded in 1984 by Physical Therapist Randy Johnson, PT.
The Apple Physical Therapy Foundation was established in 1999 as a means for Apple PT to formalize its charitable giving. Since that time, the Foundation has raised over $821,000 for various community and charitable causes. Organizations such as the Salvation Army, YMCA, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Northwest Harvest, Young Life, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, Agros International, World Vision, Rebuilding Together and many others have benefited from the Apple Physical Therapy Foundation.
In addition to the company’s financial contributions, Apple Physical Therapy employees volunteer countless hours each year in the communities where they live and work. Indeed, it is the employees’ active role in our community/charitable events that makes the Foundation so successful.
